William Enoch Whipple of Alberta, Canada, said he brought greetings from the Queen of England. The comment forced a chuckle from Angeline Hunter, one of the co-coordinators of the weekend. During the awarding of prizes, William's family and another, also from Alberta, were given copies of the Declaration of Independence, signed by another William Whipple.
